Sort Yourself Out Sunday: Part 3- Bathtime Beauty

Here is the third and final part of my series Sort yourself out Sunday. This time it's my bathtime routine. Now I'll admit, I'm not one for baths generally. I prefer showers just out of ease and practicality, but on a Sunday there's nothing I enjoy more than a nice bubble bath, so I thought I'd let you know what I do

I like my baths to be hot because I lay in them a while, so the longer it stays warmer for the better! I run the water then pour in a heap of Imperial Leather Sumptuous Satin Bath Cream. I don't always use this, I just use whatever's lying around. Our bath has a shower head over the top, so I take that off and lay it in the bath with me so I can wash my hair while I'm in the bath. Lazy I know... Again, I'm not too fussy with shampoos but something for coloured hair is a must. Lately I've been using the Herbal Essences Ignite My Colour. It does the job, but I don't think I've ever found a shampoo/conditioner that I've LOVED. I rinse this out then follow on with the conditioner from the same range, except I don't wash it out just yet. I then take my adored Soap & Glory Scrub Of Your Life on a shower puff and get rid of all the dry skin on my arms and legs. It's a nice picture right? I challenge you to find me a better scrub than this.

I then wet my face slightly and give my face a good scrub with the Supaskin Micro-Dermabrasion Cream* (expect a full review soon) for around 2 minutes, rinse it off and then apply my Neutrogena 2 in 1 mask. I leave this on for about 10 minutes while I have a soak, then wash it off with a flannel.

It's at this stage I wash out my condition and then after I've had a nice long soak and I've started to resemble a prune, it's time to get out. After drying myself I apply the E45 Nourish and Restore lotion* all over my body (review here) and my very loved Nivea Regenerating Night Cream to my face. I towel dry my hair and apply the VO5 Miracle Concentrate to the ends of my hair. After the moisturiser has sunk in, I put on a small amount of Superdrug Solait Instant Bronzer in Medium Matte on my arms, legs, neck, chest and face. Basically anywhere I'm likely to show in public.. I chuck on a heaping of Soap & Glory Heel Genius on my feet and pop on my slipper socks.

It's time for bed.. ahhhh

I hope you've enjoyed this mini series, and I hope you all had a wicked weekend
What do you use in your bath routine?
